--- Antonio had always thought the idea of reducing 'World Suck' was a good rule to follow since he first heard it, regardless that he wasn't sure where he had gotten it from in the first place (a book of some sort if he remember right, and it not, the answer was always the internet). Secondly, he liked the outdoors.
Creating a green house on campus seemed like a brilliant idea to him, really.
It hadn't taken much effort for him to rally up a sheet of tag board large enough to inscribe 'HELP CREATE A GREEN HOUSE' upon it - the most thoughtful and generic tagline he could come up with. He'd gone out of his way to fetch the supplies to draw a butterfly resting on the O and then maybe spent too much effort on drawing a turtle on the bottom corner. Out of place, but crafty.
Really though presentation aside, what was a better place to reserve flowers and keep the insects alive? No pesticides! Antonio appreciated the natural things, and without out them he wouldn't of had his status, too!
So, taking his sign and a notebook piece of paper with the chicken scratch that showed the list of costs, Antonio parked himself in the Garden, nestled on one of the benches. It was sunny and feeling a little more cheery and optimistic, he smiled brightly and held the notebook on his lap, waiting eagerly.

Vash liked the outdoors. While he wasn't against traditionally indoor activities like reading and computer surfing, most of his favorite pass times predominantly took place outside of walls and windows. So even though he didn't have anything interesting lined up, he had found himself choosing a walk over something that took more focus.
As he made his way around the gardens, he noticed another boy sitting on a bench with some sign. Curious and not otherwisde engaged, he stopped to read what was printed. He wasn't particularly politically minded, but there was no harm in just reading a poster board.
As soon as he had done so, his look turned less neutral. He turned his soft glare at the boy who he assumed to have written and drawn on the board. “And who's supposed to fund this green house?” He asked in a less than friendly tone. Did the other student not see all of the plants around them? Why spend money on something so unnecessary? If they had lived somewhere less hospitable, perhaps somewhere more rampant with insects, then he might have understood the need of such a thing. As it stood, he wasn't impressed.
Well, if he wanted to put himself out there and try to raise support, he should be ready to defend his little plan. If he had expected the world to just rise up and help him out, then he deserved the surprise of reality. [/size]

--- He hadn't been paying full attention, thoughts here and there as he barely concentrated on gathering support for his cause. It would of been a lie to say he wasn't startled when Vash spoke up and Antonio laughed to brush his freight off.
"Funding?" Antonio cooed, catching his voice from where it had hidden. The blond seemed familiar, but he couldn't put a finger to it. "A fund raiser would work no? You are at Victorious," he decided on, glancing down at the numbers scribbled on his notepad. He wasn't being a smart ass (mostly) but he was finely aware that the other was also of the same class as him regardless if he could remember his name or not - and when did money ever really matter?
He unfolded his legs, thinking a lot harder about it than usual. "A manner of ways actually, it is to help the flowers and the insects all year round, nature is always good to make someone happy."
Glancing over his shoulder, his brushed off the front of his sign and the bold words upon it. “I could add that if needed, volunteering funds also is a nice thing to do – makes you feel good as well, I suppose.”
Obviously, he failed to see the issue.
